I was wondering what is the legal requirements to sell the games I make in ImpactJS on such websites as code codecanyon.net? I want to be able to make html5 games in ImpactJS and be able to sell them on my website and other websites as well. What are the terms and conditions?

I believe you are allowed to sell your games. See section 4 for prohibited uses.

you have to remove the original source files and the level editor

a good rule of thumb is to bake the project, then delete the lib and tools folder

generally speaking, the baked game should run with
- game.min.js
- index.html
- the media folder for assets
