Hi,

I have a game built in with ImpactJS. The thing is that it runs MUCH more fast in iOS4 than iOS5...

someone knows what is the possible reason for this? any idea?

did you leverage the hardware acceleration trick in iOS5?

fugufish tell us more about hardware acceleration in ios5. I haven't kept up with ios5 yet and haven't even released anything with mobile controls in mobile yet, but it's on the horizon for sure.

First of all nitroJS engine gives a good kick to web apps plus the canvas get accelerated in safari and the apps saved to Home screen unfortunately this doesn't apply to UIWebView so if you want to package it to "native" you need to resolve it by using iOS impact or appMobi DirectCanvas.
