I have added my tween plugin to Github, https://github.com/empika/ImpactJS-Plugins

The advantages over other Tween plugins I've seen are that you can have a callback for every movement of the entire process. It may not be as full featured but fulfils my needs at least.

Thanks to nefD and xdissent for the inspiration and easing functions.

Also, if you are using any of my other plugins and do a fresh pull you will have to update any modules references as I have renamed all the modules (added 'empika_') in order to differentiate them from other generically named plugins.
