Got tired of manually extracting individual frames from animated GIFs using Adobe Fireworks. So here's an online tool to convert an animated GIF into a PNG tilesheet.

Shoebox looks cool. The downside however is that it requires an install.

Another tool I've been using a lot lately is this image concatenator which takes a bunch of individual frames and appends them together into a single tilesheet.
