I ran into the problem in iOS 7 where the navigation bars at the top and bottom of a webpage appear on top of a game when you accidentally active them by pressing near the top or bottom.
this site explains the changes and the problems HTML5 developers are having.
Example: when you play the jump n' run demo, you press the arrow buttons and the OS nav bars appear on top of them and cannot be dismissed.
For now there is no way to change this behaviour or get around this problem.
