So far I have found one here. Any other talented pixel artists in the german/english speaking world?

Sadly we're really short on pixel artists around here, though depending on what you're trying to do, there are suitable asset packs out there that are free/well priced which might help.

http://www.lostgarden.com/search/label/free%20game%20graphics in particular might be helpful, there's some pixel art packs there, plus a bunch of people replying to the first post on that list who can provide art, though note that most of them are paid.
