Someone made a RPG framework entirely on HTML5.

It looks cool. I downloaded the alpha but haven't looked into it yet.

The editor looks good. It has some nice GUI elements and also support for sloped tiles. It is Windows only though.

I went to their forum which seems like a ghost town. A message on there says the latest version was buggy, and the developers don't answer any questions on the forum.
I suspect it's dead, but the code is still on github which might be worth a download, even if just to see how it works.
