Hi,
I am a newbie in game development. After buying the impact license I was looking at the source code of games done and I loved the Z-type . I started using code from ztype for a game I wanted to try on and now have something working in my computer , the game is about shooting numbers instead of words.
I had contacted Dominique on email but have not heard from him , it was late last year so I assume that is a pretty busy time for him. I want to put up a version of the game on my website (microangels.in)and give due credit to Dominic but want to make sure I get his permission .

Dominic please let me know your thoughts on this and also let me know if you would want some license fee for the code and if its something I can afford then I will definitely be willing to compensate you for that.

I don't mind if you use some of the code from my games. Just be reasonable. I would mind if it's just Z-Type with another "skin", or if it looks like exactly like Z-Type but just plays differently.

If you want to be sure, just send me a link to a working version and I'll tell you if I will sue you or not :P
