hey guys-

i just placed an alpha build of our new game on tapjs.com. you'll find it here : removed . please give it a try and provide some feedback on things to change, add, improve or what you really liked. all comments are appreciated.

ps. the goal is to see how far you can make it without blowing up.

edit: we are taking the build down to incorporate feedback. thanks to everyone who viewed the game and gave feedback.

The left/right steering response feels too sluggish. I switch lanes way faster than this in real life. I'd suggest tweaking in that direction (pun not intended). Possibly also, the brakes, as they feel a bit spongy. Last, and from a design perspective only, I feel a conflict between the need for speed and agility and the round, blob-like shape of the cars. Perhaps a recalibration of rules is needed (traffic bumper cars?).

Nice work! I agree with the lane change speed.
