Working on a ipad game like harvest moon.

controls:
switch equipment:
1,2,3,4,5

Move:
Arrow keys

Hit object:
Enter key

Might lag on old computers.
This is one level in the game.
You can hammer on rocks with the hammer,
and cut wood with the axe.

I love the art. I had an idea to do that with a real painting. Excellent!

You should make the action key be the spacebar instead of enter. Enter is difficult to press while moving the keys.

I agree with moving the action key to spacebar. The game is really good looking. I struggled trying to equip the axe while I was using the numpad. I then realized that you had to use the normal 1,2,3,4,5 keys.

Glad you liked the graphics, its hand painted with acrylics.
Going to be interesting to see how have this game will be in the end.
Need to figure out how to only preload the current lvl.


The game controls was first made for the ipad, so i just slabbed the controls on there.
But i will update to spacebar in next demo.

Right now im fightning with the gatekeeper guy. cutscenes, sound and more logic before i move on tho more detailed graphics.


Do you guys think the player moves to slow?

I think the player movement speed is just fine. One thing I'd like to point out:

The bridge you unlock with 5 wood/5 stone is crossable even when it's invisible. I would fix that. Other than that, I really like the concept and the art is great!
