My understanding of what's going on with the 2.5D plugin is a little limited, but I'm excited to use it. I was just wondering about a few of it's uses.
- I noticed in most of Dom's examples there's a floor, wall, and ceiling layer/tile all of the same height. Make sense considering how weltmeister works. However I was curious is the walls could be two blocks or more high?
Will this support platforming? Or because it seems to emulate 3D will it only allow for 2 dimensional movement?
Is it possible to forgo the ceiling tiles and use a sky box? And to expand, would it be possible for that layer to have 'distance' like normal background layers?
Note: I'd be more than happy for this thread to be an open forum for experience with 2.5D in Impact.
