I'm not that experienced with JS but I decided to get Impact as there were more positive reviews for it plus the IRC community is more active than others.

Anyway, I want to create 4 different sliders that the user needs to move up and down, but when they do this, the other sliders should start to move too. The user will only win when all sliders are in the right position.

For something simple, I thought of just having the sliders fall based on time, and the user just has to put all vertical sliders to the top.

How would I go about making sliders?

Slider's "handle" can be an entity. You could then use something like the Drag and drop entity plugin to allow the user to move them. You'll have to restrict it's range and direction though.
