In summary, with Ejecta & Impact++, my assets are being dynamically resized x2 and the game renders scaled up and zoomed in on retina devices.
With nearly the same code, but without Impact++, this does not occur: the game renders correctly on retina devices.
I am curious as to what setting/configuration may be causing Impact/Ejecta to process my assets and render the game differently with and without Impact++.
