I consider myself a decent programmer but by trade I'm more of a graphical person so there are a few things that, for whatever the reason, hasn't "clicked" and made sense to me.
There are things I want to do and the only way I'd know how to do it is hack up the impact source code. Obviously this isn't the best idea. Isn't extending a better way to go? I've looked through the drop.js code with the custom loader but even that doesn't quite make sense. Is it replacing the end() of the loader? adding to it?
Can someone be ever so kind and write up a quick and dirty "Extending Impact 101" tutorial? This really seems like it would apply to plugin writing also.
Thanks!
