Just wondering if it is possible to include other javascript frameworks like the Isogenic Engine? If possible, I will need to put the frameworks all under "lib" folder right?

Many frameworks are compatible with Impact. Only one way to find out!
It does not have to be in lib, no. Although it can be. Up to you
