Hello,
I just bought Impact JS framework and try to make it work. But I have problem with Weltmeister to get working. I've used ruby's impact.rb from getting-started guide to start server. And here comes the error. The image will explain everything:

The "official" way to get this up and running is Apache+PHP.
The error seems to be in the Ruby scripts - they're returning Internal Server Errors.
Open the URLs from the AJAX calls in a new tab to find out what exactly is going wrong. I don't know anything about Ruby, but since you're using it I assume you do?! :)
