I just downloaded 1.19 and loded up Weltmeister. I cant seem to draw any tiles. Looking at the documentation I noticed that the screen shot doesnt match what Im seeing in my copy of Weltmeister. Here is what I see: http://img.skitch.com/20111221-t1uiyasrewya5rd3x9t564ac9d.jpg

Did I get a copy of Impact 1.19 with the old version of Weltmeister or am I missing something?

You do have the new version. The screenshot from the documentation shows an older version, sorry.
