Since I often work offline, I find myself wishing I had a local copy of the Impact documentation. Sure, I could use wget or something to grab a snapshot, but I think it'd be more useful for everyone if the documentation were included in the downloading zip file as well as in the git repo.

I second this. There are many times I am not on a network and having access to the docs would be useful. The docs are the first place I go to get the information I need.
