I'd like to use HTML/JS/CSS in an iOS App, but its way too slow.

Can i use Impact Engine in an iOS app instead of a UIWebView?

Not directly, since Impact is really just a layer on top of HTML/JS/Canvas as per all the documentation and examples.

You can use Impact in an iOS app, but it won't give you full HTML/JS/CSS. iOSImpact is barely enough HTML/JS/CSS to make Impact run (though it runs fast, it doesn't support all the Canvas functions)

What exactly are you trying to achieve? Depending on what you hope to get out of HTML/JS/CSS, there may be alternative and better options.
