Hey,
I've written .NET versions of the PHP scripts needed for Weltmeister to work in IIS!
This could be really helpful to you if you're on Windows and you've already got IIS and the .NET framework installed on your machine (which if you're developing HTML5 games you probably already do, right ;P). With these files, you won't have to install Apache or PHP, Weltmeister will work just fine in IIS.
Once you copy Impact to your IIS root directory, just unpack the files in my package to the /lib/weltmeister/api folder, and make the changes to 2 of Impact's configuration files outlined in the README, and you'll be good to go.
Let me know if you find any problems. I've successfully made it through the Pong tutorial video on my local machine without installing Apache or PHP!
