Hi Guys. I was reading over some notes I found online from ongamestart.com and I read that impactJS was going Open Source. I just can't seem to find it anywhere!!

Does anybody know anything about that?

Yea, I don't think there is any validity to that rumor.

Is that an official impact.js statement?

Nope, Impact will not be open source. At least not in the near future.

I may release Impact 1.x as open source, once 2.x is ready. That's just an idea though. I don't think I said anything in that direction at onGameStart; I don't know where that rumor is coming from.

Open Source?!?! After I paid $99?? No way and personally I would be P'd off if it did.
