hi guys, after another month of UI and gameplay polishing, managed to launch this version on the Chrome Web Store ( inspired by the HTML5 game conference in SF )

Fugufish I know this may be a secret but can you share some light onto how well is private joe doing on app store? I'm working my ass off to optimise my code in the game I want to release but I'm wondering whether there is a point or is it actually worth it.

@Jerczu i can say that the iOS version made in collab with appMobi is doing ok!

I still need to find time to further improve it from a UI and gameplay perspective. One thing I learned is that iOS gamers are very demanding, to the point of being perfectionists. Optimizing the code and making it really easy to play should be the top priorities.

Also make sure that it runs really well on all iOS devices ( from iPad2, down to the old iPod touch 2g). Might require some hardware investment.

Perhaps send me a build (at my email) and i can help give some feedbacks.

I had lots of help with DC from Tyler, so i'd recommend him as your go-to guy.

No worries man I just made it run with dc at steady 58-60 fps on ipad2 I wouldn't think there will be a massive drop if I don't test it throughout but I'm most likely to ask few of my colleagues from work to test it on their phones.

Private Joe is awesome fugufish,

i saw that you slow down the reaction of the enemy/or maybe the enemy's bullet speed,
so it's possible to avoid them, i remember before they used to shoot you right after they see you :P

- You can still shoot enemy offscreen though :D

i removed the bullets after they leave the screen / after X seconds.
