I was going to test it out, but I don't have a Facebook account. I work for a marketing company so I can see why that would be a requirement and something you would do... but it isn't the only social network and you have essentially alienated myself and anyone else without an account.
With several big game companies already backing out of Facebook, I would at least consider the option of a 'guest' login with out being able to actually enter \ save game results unless you sign in or other social logins besides Facebook. G+, twitter, etc.
That is just me and my social media cynicism 2cents.
The moment I saw the screenshot was the moment I decided to not play the game. Too much branding, too little game.
As a gamer (which really isn't the demographic being targeted here) there was way too much friction to get into the game. Forcing users to like your page before playing isn't the best user experience.
In the game, after you lose you should really just reload the level when play again is hit. Making me reload the entire page, then the game, and go through instructions everytime I play a 3-20 second game is a really big deterrent to try and get a higher score.
It's a glorified banner ad. I guess it's still a "game", but that's not really it's primary purpose for existing so its hard to appreciate it. I don't blame companies for trying but like alexandre said... "Too much branding, too little game."
I guess that's why some companies try to brand successful games like
Angry Birds Rio,
Temple Run: Brave, etc.
