Hi,
I need to make the following app for iPad and i would like to know if this is possible or not.
It is a magazine app and it may have some ads, some of those ads could be uiwebviews with a small html5 game or a full screen game.
Is this possible to make with the engine?
What is the expected FPS i would get?

You can, as for an expected Frames Per Second it's kind of relative really.

If there's lots of stuff moving around in the ad/game it might not be so great. But it'll be close to what Biolab shows on the iPad. That's about as accurate as I can be on that. Sorry :P
