I noticed that link collision doesn't work as expected when erasing. When erasing, it still erases my collision layer even when "link collision" is checked off.
Link collision works to ADD collision tiles, but I when turned off I expected it to leave collision layer tiles alone when erasing.
It erases on the collision layer even if I hide the collision layer, and that's unexpected.

Did you click Apply Changes after you unchecked Link with Collision?
It's a usability issue, really. I think it would be better if the "non-destructive" settings for layers (Name, Tileset, Distance, Repeat & Link with Collision) would apply immediately, without the click of the button. Maybe even the Tilesize setting.
I could make an extra button (called Resize or whatever) to change the Dimensions and get rid of the Apply Changes button completely.
Thoughts?
Oh yes, "apply changes" was the problem.
I do think it would be better if the changes were immediate in all cases, but for resizing, only upon pressing ENTER. Otherwise, when you start to type it will resize your level to 1 as soon as your start typing the intended 128, and it would erase what you have worked on.
As for changing how resize works, I'd like to see a way to add pixels to the top and left, not just to the right and bottom. Maybe something like Photoshop :
Yeah, resize anchoring would be super handy. I sent Dominic an email about that a little while ago. :P
