Been working on a game with the HTML5 game engine and going very well so far am very pleased with the capabilities of ImpactJS. Here is a little sneak peak of what I have been working on. Very much still a work in progress with some very noticeable bugs (for instance being able to click multiple team members during the players turn). My inspiration for this game is the game Advanced Wars and the Heroes series. Currently have an artist buddy of mine working on the concept art currently just have placeholders setup.
Another Note this game is primary being made for the mobile environment.

EDIT- Website seems to be running smoother now had godaddy switch servers.
Host appears to be unreachable.

Hmm stupid godaddy hosting has been super slow lately did you try more than once?
Super slow indeed. I finally went through. Easier to just link directly to

Same for me, your link took ages to load, but the game index.html was then fast.
Very good tactical / turned-based strategy setup, I see you arleady have health bars !
You will have to deal with path finding, I admire you.
Good luck, and I would happen to your inspiration sources the "Fire Emblem" series game (same devs as advance wars if I remember well)
Ahh yea forgot about Fire Emblem that game was pretty sweet as will have to play that again for some inspiration.
Run, run, run from godaddy hosting. If you need the name of a really good inexpensive host let me know
Figured out what the problem was. I was doing some ASP.NET stuff so I needed a windows server. Well I also ran my PHP Wordpress website on that server. I have since switched over to the Linux hosting server and things seem to be running much smoother.

Definitely following all your progress. Advance Wars and Fire Emblem are both great. I first played both on the GBA. Aside from them, my favourite GBA games were the Metroid games, which is basically the engine I am working on right now.
Can't wait to see what else you do here. :)
Better graphics would help this game. Good effort, and different.
