Nice work. Also, very good of you to open source it. I made something similar (http://play.svenardo.com/tictactoe/ - I used plain DOM javascript), so I think it's fun to see how you solved this in impactjs.

you know that if you start a tic tac toe game, you can't loose. And if you start second, you can't win. Maybe not a wonderfull game... Your graphics are nice anyway (maybe bigger and less blurry would be nice).
